Certain routine time management tasks can be decentralised and performed by employees as well as time & attendance clerks and supervisors. The same data is entered into the system – conveniently and promptly – but with greater employee involvement in their own information. Personal data, such as addresses, phone numbers, etc, can be maintained and updated by the employees themselves.
