Lighthouse Healthcare chooses Interflex to cut labour costs and improve efficiency

Lighthouse Healthcare can now accurately schedule and monitor staff hours from their sites across the Midlands using an Interflex system from Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies.

Using their Interflex time and attendance system Lighthouse Healthcare are able to plan shifts quickly and easily ensuring the correct skill and gender mix is met. This has meant that they have been able to reduce the amount of money spent on agency staff and also monitor that the hours worked by staff are in line with their contracts.

In addition the system has been linked to biometric hand readers meaning that staff can only ‘clock in’ for themselves and absenteeism is more visible. This attendance information is then used to generate accurate payroll data – removing staff queries and disputes.
